1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the ph60 website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User" or "Player") and ph60 (the "Operator," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Users of the ph60 platform, including casual visitors, registered players, and any person accessing our casino games, sports betting services, or promotional content. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.3 Account Creation and Security

Each User may maintain only one account with ph60. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity occurring through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ph60 customer support immediately.

3. Deposits and Financial Transactions

3.1 Payment Methods

ph60 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers, credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is fifty Philippine pesos (₱50). All transactions must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on ph60 are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a different currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and applicable conversion fees may apply.

3.3 Transaction Processing

ph60 endeavors to process deposits instantly and withdrawals within five to fifteen (5-15) minutes during business hours. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and external factors beyond our control, including bank processing times and payment provider delays. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification procedures for larger transactions or suspicious activity.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Terms

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance at any time through their account dashboard. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's name. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before processing withdrawal requests.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits

4.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ph60 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions as stated in the individual promotion details. Players must opt-in to promotions where required and meet all eligibility criteria. ph60 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account closure.

Promotional wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe. Different games contribute varying percentages toward wagering requirements as outlined in the promotion terms. Players found manipulating the bonus system or engaging in irregular play patterns may have bonuses revoked and accounts suspended pending investigation.

7. Responsible Gaming

We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from ph60 services at any time. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and they will not be able to access the platform. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ph60 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of ph60 or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only.

Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from ph60 without express written permission. The ph60 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Operator and may not be used without authorization.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

ph60 respects Player privacy and handles personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using the Service, Players consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect Player data but cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access or data breaches.

10. Limitation of Liability

ph60 provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ph60 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall ph60's total liability to any Player exceed the amount deposited by that Player during the six (6) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of ph60 services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law. Players agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ph60.

12. Account Termination

ph60 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Player accounts at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, fraudulent behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, Players will forfeit any remaining balance, pending bonuses, and loyalty points unless termination was due to Operator error.

Players may close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance may be withdrawn subject to completion of identity verification and compliance with withdrawal terms.

13. Amendment of Terms

ph60 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or notification on the platform. Continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Players who do not agree to modified terms must cease using ph60 services immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms or the use of ph60 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
